dont rush into anything because it can be really hard to care of someone else when you maybe used to only taking care of yourself... plus maybe you like to go out and go and party.. well after having children you can go out but it wont be much fun because you will be worrying about your kids.. i think you should really consider this... plus you are young... go and have fun while you still can... dont rush into anything....

26 is not a bad age. You need to be emotionally ready as well as physically. No need to hurry you have at least 10 years before you should start feeling rushed. After 35 you enter the range of higher chance of Downs babies and other issues, so keep that in mind.

You are at a good age now. It gets more risky the older you get. You probably have until around age 35 or maybe a year or two after that, so that you won't run the risk of having a Down Syndrome child. Don't get me wrong, Down Syndrome children are precious but if you ran a poll of having a normal child compared to Down Syndrome, I think the normal child would win.

First of all you are definetley not to old. No way. I already have one but i say 25 is a good age, but more then that i think its a good time when you know in your heart that you are ready. When you know that you can provide the baby with love and attention the rest of it just comes to you.I promise dont worry if you will be a good parent it actually just happens. It's like a love you've never felt before, theres no greater feeling. I think if you are thinking about it then you are probably ready.

I think it's best to have your family before you reasch 30 years old. The middle 20's up until you reach 30 is the baby years if you want a family, for a females anyway. Guys, they can go older than that. If your 26, now's the best time, if your financially and personally sound right now.

there is no "right or wrong" age
you are ready to have a baby when you are a secure, confident, loving, compassionate & balanced individual. That could be at 20, it could be at 32!
It makes life much easier if you are married (and happily so), have a strong career/job, and have some sort of reasonable financial future.
Kids are expensive, they take A LOT of time & evenrgy. I have 3 & I wouldn't trade my mom hat for anything in the world!
You need to have your stuff together as a woman before tackling motherhood... it will make the wonderful journey much smoother & enjoyable

First off how long have been married? Is your husband ready to have a child? I have been married for 20 years and we waited until we were married 5 years before having our first child. If you are in good health you can have children up to til your 40's. Plan and it will work out much happier for all.

40 is too old , not 26. And whenever you feel you are responsible enough to raise a child to adulthood. That's approximately 22 years

You're a good age to have a child. But it really doesn't matter, I know people who have had children in their 40's! And they've turned out to be wonderful parents! :) Even so, it's usually a good idea to wait until you've finished college and have a good job. (or your spouse needs to have a good job to support you three, or four if you have twins. lol) And, keep in mind, babys are a HUGE responsibility! Good luck!
P.S. Make sure your hubby wants a child too!
