Family should always come first to a working mom to me. I am a working mom and I have always put my kids first... Jobs come and go but, kids are our responsibility. That is what is wrong now days with some of these kids parents go off to work and let them take over their own lives at an early age...More parental guidance would keep some of these kids out of juvy...

Work pays the bills...........then fit all the family obligations in between working, on lunches before and after work, evenings and weekends.

The key is being organized. My planner is the key to our home running smooth. Starting the day early is another BIG PLUS.
