That's funny - with every boyfriend I've had, I have dreams that I hook up with some guy, and after wards I remember that I have a boyfriend, and I'm very upset that I cheated. However, I don't read into it that much - I also have dreams that he cheats on me. I think that my mind just anticipates every possible way that things could get f'd up in our relationship, and plays them out in my dreams. Dreams are not previews of what is about to happen. Sometime dreams are just absurd. I've dreamed about people turning into animals, dating Steve Carrell (I don't even think he's good looking!) etc. Don't worry about it.

Something you don’t want and have never considered nevertheless keeps happening and you feel guilty about it. It’s a dream about temptation and caving to temptation. You have everything, this beautiful girlfriend, but against your better judgment you’re willing to sacrifice that for a little on the side. Why? Do these themes ring true in any other part of your life? Think about it, and you’ll be able to figure out what these dreams really mean.

I might suspect that she's dreaming these dreams because she feels insecure - regardless of how hot she is - that you will eventually become bored of her and search for greener pastures.
You on the other hand, are having dreams similar to hers because your mind is absorbing this information unconsciously, and feeding it back to you while you sleep and your defenses are down.
Of course you're not going to cheat intentionally! That's not the point. Your brain is just taking out the trash - and sometimes its odd how realistic it is when that trash is so crazy! I wouldn't worry about the dreams - as long as they're not even close to mimicking real life.

She is probably just dreaming what she fears... has she had someone cheat on her in the past??? Normally what you dream is whatever is in your subconsious. Or it's a fear... So by her telling you that she is having those dreams, you are now fearing that it is really going to happen, and you are now dreaming about it... It could also be a warning that you may be tempted to cheat soon... SO DONT DO IT!!! lol consider yourself warned!

Ok, the first thing is you need to remember you have control over your mind and thoughts. You just might have a fantasy of being with another girl. As long as you don't act upon it you're fine.

Psychological theorists of dreams focus upon our thoughts and emotions, and speculate that dreams deal with immediate concerns in our lives, such as unfinished business from the day, or concerns we are incapable of handling during the course of the day. Dreams can, in fact, teach us things about ourselves that we are unaware of.
Connections between dreams that the human psyche have been made by many people over thousands of years. The famous Greek philosopher, Aristotle wrote in his "Parva Naturalia," over 2,200 years ago, of a connection between dreams, waking experiences, and emotional needs.
Others have delved into more complicated explanations for dreams, such as the prophetic nature of dreams written of in the Bible, which was and is a belief held by many cultures. Sigmund Freud, one of the fathers of modern psychology, believed dreams to be symbolic of any number of things buried deep within our minds and our memories.
Until someone proves or disproves one of these theories, or poses an alternate one, we are left at square one. Our knowledge as to what causes us to dream is limited to the fact that we do dream, and that dreams occur during the REM phase of sleep. Sweet dreams!

IT IS JUST A DREAM UNTIL YOU ACT ON IT. IF YOU TRULY LOVE HER YOU WOULDN'T WANT TO CHEAT. IF YOU ARE REALLY THAT WORRIED YOU NEED TO JUST NOT LET YOURSELF BE IN ANY SITUATION WHERE IT WOULD BE POSSIBLE TO CHEAT. AS FAR AS HER DREAMS SHE IS PROBABLY WORRIED ABOUT IT TO SOME DEGREE EVEN IF IT IS ONLY IN HER SUBCONSCIOUS MIND.
