I wouldn't. The child may have a bug of some sort and pass it to the other children. Plus if there is an 'accident' the child will be humiliated...

no. If the child has dirrehea, then he / she probably has some type of virus / infection. Not only does having dirrehea cause you to become dehydrated, but lets not make it worse by letting your child play outside! Would you play outside if this was you?

I wouldn't, no matter what the gastric or intestinal disturbance might be. Eighty percent of cases of diahrrea are transmitted because of ineffective handwashing, and let's face it, children sure have difficulty washing their hands properly. Stop the spread of these things at your door, and the whole neighborhood is healthier as a result!

It depends to be honest. I don't have any kids but anyway..

If it was effecting the child badly like they had other effects then no I wouldn't, but it the child wanted to go out then I'd say they could, aslong as they came in when they didn't feel well.

Nope. The child is unwell and should be kept indoors near the toiler in any case. probably a wee tummy bug but it is distressing for the child and may be contagious.

My best advice would be to keep the child in and quiet, drinking lots of liquids until the situation improves.
Better for the child and the neighborhood. :-)

it wouldnt be good for the child to interact with others when there is the chance that he/she could pass it on to others. besides if there is an emergency they would need to be as close to a restroom as possible. we wouldn't want them to have an accident.

No, kids are so cruel and the child would be extremely humiliated if they had an accident in their pants.

Not unless I disliked the other children intensely and wanted them to experience the same condition.

As with any other cold, conjunctivitis.....any condition......think of the other kids before your own. You dont like it? Neither do their parents, so please be morally competent and responsible...even if they havent been.
