Sue him while the incident is still not too far away.
If it had happned a while ago, then maybe you should just give it up and be more careful in the future.

And,since he's your boss,he probably got the money to hire better lawyers. So, you will have to really got a good plan to start your battle with... or you'll just end up broke and jobless.

Good luck!

You're right, the bastard should as least called you by your name. But, sorry I don't see any grounds for a lawsuit...If it was me, I'd have grabbed that ponytail you're sporting today (I prefer pigtails, but it I still like it better than your wavy doo), and gone for a ride!

Take it from someone that is currently embroiled in a sexual harrasment lawsuit against a law firm ... that is completely innapropriate and definetly harrasment. I would report it to your Human Resources department first..as a lawsuit is a very upsetting and emotionally draining experience. Believe me!

Wear a very short skirt and bend over in front of him again. If he grabs you again - file for harrassment.

Harassment...101..Go to his boss.and put in a formal complaint. It would help if you had a witness. Good Luck!!!

Lucky I'm not your boss... or your skirt'd have been up. And you'd have put in some overtime today.

I would give him a warning and if he does it again then talk to someone about your options
