You can be pregnant and have cramps. The first time I got pregnant I had severe cramps....I thought for sure I was going to miscarry but it was actually my uterus beginning to expand as well as the ligaments....

Cramps don't always signal a period...but cramps during pregnancy can indicate a potential miscarriage so if you think you are pregnant, you should take a pregnancy test and follow up with your doctor if you are pregnant. Good luck....

Yes, I had cramps when i was pregnant at first both times that's how i figured i was, because i had the light cramps with no period.

yes u can be pregnant and hav cramps but the sverity now determines how u react.if u are confirmed preg and u hav cramps pls see ur Dr immediately, u maybe miscarrying.otherwise its just a sign of ur period
