I don't believe that the powers that be are in any way a "god".

Suffering with a brain that will not shut up is up there with any of the most horrific conditions a person can experience. Both conventional treatments and alternative treatments can be worse than useless. The first thing to bear in mind is that what you feel can be totally different from what is fact. The fact that you are alive gives you as much right as anyone else to be alive. In addition, who is the final arbitrator of who is supposed to be here or not? Doctor, clerics and everyone who proffers an answer to that question is full of it. The best advice I can offer you, is to summon up as much strength as you can and take control of your illness, that is all it is, an illness like a flu or cancer etc.
How do you start to fight this illness?
Unfortunately medication is your first port of call, there are medications out there that will help slow down that racing mind and hopefully not take you down or turn you into a zombie. If you your doctor does not take a practical approach to the meds they prescribe, they are either one of two things whores to the drug companies or rubbish or both. What I mean by this is, if your doctor insists on one type of medication only or say they are certain that this is the med for you, loose them quick and search out a good doctor immediately. The point I tying to make is that finding a medication that helps is a process of trail and error and a frustrating one at that. That is why you need, as much strength as you can muster, but it will be worth it. Once you slow down your mind then you are ready to go the next step, which could be a talk therapy or your faith etc. However do not except things at face value, keep an open mind to things, but always insist on explanations. Take control!
N.B never take or withdraw medications unless you are under the care of a doctor (good or not).

Good Luck! The journey to wellness is worth the pain.

Honey, this is low self-esteem. I wouldn't be surprised to discover you were raised by very demanding, critical parents or other adults who ridiculed your mistakes. I was a "mistake", I was supposed to be a boy and besides I was never very athletic or beautiful. So that "not supposed to be here" tape played a lot. You are just remembering what you were told at your mummy's knee, or some other low joint!
If you're here, you have a right to be here. At *least* as much as anyone else on the planet! Find some support, whether it be good friends or professional help.
You may be depressed, it may be a transitory thing or long-term. Definitely talk to someone you trust, whether it be a doctor, pastor or the Samaritans, all of whom are paid to keep their mouths shut about what you tell them, so no fear.
I will be praying for you. If you weren't a beautiful person you wouldn't be worrying about this...you'd just be taking it out on someone else. Well done you for not perpetuating that behaviour.

I was just talking to PTB and they asked me to pass along a message for you.
They said to tell you that they do have a plan for you,but they don't think that you can understand your part yet,so they won't tell you. When you grow a little more, they said they have a really great surprise in store for you. so be patient.

Hang on in there!

Just because you don't understand your worth doesn't mean you don't have any.

Someone will come along that makes you feel good about yourself.

Your head isn't the place to look for your right to be alive. You can't work it out logically. Just accept that you are a worthwhile and valuable person that hasn't yet found their niche.

Good luck!

Take a deep breath and think.
Life is not supposed to be easy. The things we do today matter most about what or who we will be tomorrow. This world is a time for us as humans to prepare ourselves to meet God. This is his work and wonder, to bring to pass the imortality and eternal life of man.
We have the opportunity to return one day and live with God in his mansion above. The only way for us to do that is by passing this mortal test. We have to strive each and every day to do the best that we can. Obeying His commandments, loving our neighbors, just trying to be as Christ like as possible.
God loves each and everyone of us. This means you. He has such love for you that He gave His only begotten son Jesus Christ that through his Atoning Sacrifice you and I are able to repent of our sins, cleanse ourselves and return to be with him.
Life is short and fragile, we must do all we can to better ourselves and not leave any man behind.
Just remember that your life is just as important as anyone elses. Remember that a shepherd will leave is flock to find the one sheep that is lost.

Don't forget that we are all in this together. We have heard and accepted God's plan to come to this earth recieve a body and be tested and tried. Are you passing? Are any of us passing? Only time will tell.

Stay strong help yourself and others around you become happier and healthier. It is like breaking a toothpick. One will snap with little or no force, but if you take the entire box, you will not be able to break them in half. Try it.

Good luck and press on.

God makes no mistakes and He made you for a reason! All you need to do is ask Him for the answer to be given. He waits for each and every one of His children to come to Him with questions. You have a right to be alive just because He Loves you and created you for Life. Don't give up! Let go of yourself and Let God have you! You will see miracles happen - if you believe in Him.

I have felt like that for as long as i can remember. Although it's not a case of feeling i have no right to be alive. More a longing to be on the other side. Acupuncture helps sometime. Counselling has, after 30-odd years of it proved to be a dead end.

Really easy this one............ first of all us humans are way way way too hung up on our beliefs ,opinions , feelings ....the list is endless but if you look at what we are (creatures like the rest of those that inhabit the earth) then you'll see we ought not to look inward so much but just get on with life and relax about we have it way too easy in living. Although i understand people of other cultures dont have it easy and they dont go moan like what we do headache's , toothaches, the usual moans lol.
