"Praise The Lord! For it is good to sing praises to our God; for He is gracious, and a song of praise is seemly. The Lord builds up Jerusalem; He gathers the outcasts of Israel. He heals the brokenhearted, and binds up their wounds. He determines the number of the stars, He gives to all of them their names." (Psalm 147-1-4 RSV)
"Praise The Lord! Praise The Lord from the heavens, praise Him in the heights! Praise Him, all His angels, praise Him, all His host! Praise Him, sun and moon, praise Him, all you shining stars!" (Psalm 148:1-3 RSV)
"After this I heard what seemed to be the loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, crying, "Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our God, for His judgments are true and just; He has judged the great harlot who corrupted the earth with her fornication, and He has avenged on her the blood of His servants." Once more they cried, "Hallelujah! The smoke from her goes up for ever and ever." And the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God who is seated on the throne, saying, "Amen. Hallelujah!"
"And from the throne came a voice crying, "Praise our God, all you His servants, you who fear Him, small and great." Then I heard what seemed to be the voice of a great multitude, like the sound of many waters and like the sound of mighty thunderpeals, crying, "Hallelujah! For The Lord our God the Almighty reigns." (Revelation 19:1-6 RSV)

For everything. There are 2 times to praise Him; when you feel like it, and when you don't. Praise God!

God's glories are unlimited. There are innumerable reasons to praise Him. He has endless wonderful spiritual qualities, names, forms, pastimes and associates. Even 24 hours a day is not enough to praise God. He posseses all wealth, fame, beauty, power, knowledge and renounciation. He is all-attractive and He is best friend of all living beings. He is unlimitedly merciful, and He gives Himself to His pure devotees. All great sages and spiritual authorities worship Him. He is the only Lord and everyone else is His servant.
I am endeavoring to praise God without any motive, just for the sake of developing love for Him. Of course, my heart is impure, I have so many motives, but my spiritual master is teaching pure devotion to the Lord, and I am also trying to take up this mood.

I praise God for making a way where there seemed ( to me) to be no way. I praise God for His mercy. I praise God for sending His only Son who now clothes me in His Righteousness, I have no righteousness of my own. I Praise God for never leaving me nor forsaking me. I praise God for being the lifter of my head. I praise God that He will tell His Son to come get His Bride. I thank God that on that day I will be changed completely and never again to be tempted or tried. I thank God for giving me a Hope that no one can take from me. I thank God that I will be able to see Him Face to face one day and at that time I will be able to see Him smile and on that day there will be no distractions....I thank God just for BEING, he is Jehovah Shammah...He is There

Praise God for Jesus because without his death and resurrection we would all be lost.

Using reason to the fullest. Look even the Pope agrees with that:
"The courage to engage the whole breadth of
reason, and not the denial of its grandeur – this is the program with
which a theology grounded in Biblical faith enters into the debates of
our time. "Not to act reasonably (with logos) is contrary to the
nature of God", said Manuel II, according to his Christian
understanding of God, in response to his Persian interlocutor. It is
to this great logos, to this breadth of reason, that we invite our
partners in the dialogue of cultures."
