I have sneezed and farted at the same time and I can tell you from experience that I didn't feel a vacuum in my stomach I however did feel a wave of embarrassment.

No. A sneeze comes from the nose, and the expulsion of air comes from the diaphragm, which is a huge muscular mass at the base of the chest. A fart emanates from the rectal region. Interestingly, if you insert an object inbto the rectum, via the anus, and let go of it, it is likely to be sucked into the depths of the lower intestine. A vacuum frequently exists there.

These facts are not to be sneezed at.
