I know what you mean, girl....had a few of those 'moments' myself!!! SIGH. But, part of what makes it such a cool moment and so special is that it WAS a 'moment'....so, unless you are willing for that moment to be changed in your mind, I would say just smile and walk away.

Definitely mess with him. He's in a divorce proceeding. The poor sod must be under a lot of pressure. You'd make his day by making it easy for him. Look hot and go out for a couple of drinks and sort of let him have his way with yah.
Who knows, it could lead to something better.

If you just want your moment back that shouldnt be a problem, but if you are expecting something emotional then the middle of a divorce is not a good time.

Do some investigating first! Find out if he really is getting a divorce. If not, stay clear away! If he is, wait. Wait until he is officially divorced. Then you can go get your freak on!

wait until he isnt married...done with the divorce.but make sure he KNOWS youre very very very interested.
this way if the divorce is true...you wont get him in legal trouble for "cheating" during the marriage--if someone found out

Do what you want. It is your decision. I would not get involved with anyone who says they are getting a divorce. I would wait till they are divorced.

I'd bet he is lying about the "divorce." Leave it alone. Don't ruin the good memory.
