Durango! Awesome truck! The smallest of the 3 available engine sizes is very powerful!!! I think it's a good truck The only problem besides normal maintenance.... I had to replace the fuel pump when they switched to the ethanol blend. CRAPPY GAS MILEAGE!!!!! The new one with the Hemi is supposed to use gas more efficiency. There have been recalls on some items. Faulty wind Shield wiper system,And A few had premature ball joint failure.
My mother has had none of these problems with hers. And recall problems are free to get checked and fixed at the dealer

you need to be more specific... what engine is in the 2006 durango?
they are both american cars... so dont expect a whole lot of mileage out of them.
