Is Brook Burke actually in the Core Secrets Videos or is she just on the TV commercial and on the printed material? Please only answer if you've actually watched the video- NOT the TVmmercial.

I have purchased the Core Secrets program. Eventhough I have not begun it yet (school just started back up, work fulltime + kids and hubby) I like to watch the videos one time through before I start the program so I kind of get the idea. So far I have watched one of the tapes and yes, she is in it. It's kind of funny actually because you would think "Gunner" would be using his own exercise ball but instead he's just kind of standing around instructing while Brooke does all the work and activity. However, she must be pretty familiar with the program because he doesn't have to show her what to do when they switch between exercises. Does that help?

Brook Burke joins Gunnar in many of the Core Secrets programs including the "Abs and Buns" set that really target these typical female "trouble spots." She adds a personal touch and demonstrates that the Core Secrets program produces visisble results.

She is on the training video but is not in the actual workout videos
