u juss get ur eyes checked and ears and weight and height and they ask u if you've ever been in the hospital for more than 24 hrs and why and they ask u if you have epilepsy and drug problems and and **** like that it's not scary at all

dont worry it is easy i think
then again i never had to get 1 cuz of a sport

it depends on the doctor you go to. they will more than likely just check your blood pressure and tempurature nothing to serious.
