I went there last summer and they were some of the nicest people I ever met. Always willing to help and never expecting anything in return.

depends what part of ecuador they're from.. de la costa.. party and not responsible.. de la sierra.. pretentious because they're "lighter" and have more "class.. btw.. im ecuadorian so i know
