Fenech - W 28 (KO 's 21) TF 32 - W pct 88% - KO pct 66% - wins over R. Navarro, S. McCrory and Zarate - KO'ed by Nelson, C. Groove and P Holliday (average fighter)

Chandler - W 33 (KO's 18) TF 37 - W pct 89% - KO pct 49% - wins over J. Solis, J. Lugan, Muniz, C. Canizales and J. Carter
He was known for wriggling/jiggling his right hand after delivering it.

Chandler was a very underrated boxer. Both fighters have similar records except that Fenech had more power. In this fight, I take Chandler in a 15 rd split decision.

I believe that Chandler is too good of an all roung fighter for Fenech to beat. He wins 10 of the 15 rounds for a unanimous decision victory.

I'm gonna go with Fenech in what would probably have been considered an upset. Fenech really impressed me in his first bout with Azumah Nelson (which I thought he won, granted Nelson seemed to have taken him lightly and left no doubt who was the better fighter in the 2nd bout), I'm not so sure Chandler would have done as well. Fenech by decision.
