Should I sell my DVD recorder with a 160GB hard drive now, or will it still be worth having for the next few years?

Maybe sell it next year. DVDs are on their way out...

All the electronic items the value goes down by time. Since new models come up and sometimes new models are cheaper. If you using the DVD recorder then why sell.

I think you mean DVR, but yes I'd hold on to it. If you have any tech savvy friends, the hard drive can be replaced with a higher capacity drive. Not difficult, just needs to be formatted to be compatible with your system. That is it is formatted differently from a regular computer hard drive.

depends is it big?
if is it big the value will go down cuz if u have not noticed i can buy a computer thats better then any computer u have and it small eough to slip in to my pocket?

the longer u wait the lower u will get for it cuz in a few years they going have the same thing the size of a reading book
