My boyfriend and I are on a "break" - his words, not mine. It's been awhile now since we have been apart, he swears we will be together again. I on the other hand have decided not to completely sit around and wait on him, if he comes back fine, if not I'm thankful for the experiences and his love. Anyway, I still have several of his things, I have asked him what he wants me to do with them and he just keeps telling me to keep them. I think it's part of his game plan to have a serious reason to come back to me, do guys really do this? And what do I do with his things?

My ex told me to keep his t-shirt but it was too painful so i gave it back and we both made a promise that even though he had it, it was still mine. He has worn it now and again but i think its a comfort thing even though he wont admit it. Give them back. If he keeps tellin you to keep them, then why aint you guys together? Give them back and say if you mean what you say about us gettin back together some day then ill accept them back but until then why should you keep them if your not together? They dont mean anythin, good luck xx

You could bluntly tell him to get his things or you will throw all of it out side because you are tired of him playing mind games with you. I would get rid of his stuff but that is just me.

Ship them back third class (it's cheap) and move on to a guy who will be dedicated to you. You deserve that much at least.

Mail it back to him... it will get your point across. He figures as long as you've got his stuff, you won't run arround because you'll think it's a sure bet he's coming back. Yes, guys do that.

Box them up and send them to him postage due. He will pay for the "break" one way or another.
