I am originally from NYC, but I live In Atl,GA. I have to get a passport by Wednesday (09/ 20). I have to show a receipt that it is expidited ( for a flight attendent job). My problem is that I cannot find my birth certificate. What other forms can I use to show besides this.Please help me someone I am desperate.

you need residence proof certificate, some passport size photographs beside birth certificate.

You need a Birth certificate! You can get another on re issued to you, but that may take several weeks.

i dont no about america but here in the uk if for some reason you lose your birth certificate then you can go to your local registry office ie. office of birth/marriage/death, and they will issue you with a replacement that usually takes about half an hour.... i suggest that you go to the place that you would register your childs birth and ask their advice.... gd luck...

You need your birth certificate it's the only form they will take.

Contact www.upandv.com, there is a number on their website. Call them and they will give you a number to call to have your birth certificate overnighted to you and can help you with expediting your passport as well.

If its your 1st passport, you must have a birth cert. Run to the county clerk where you were born and get one, or get on the phone to them.

if you have your baptismal certificate, you can try to use that.
