No you can't actually eat breakfast at Tiffany's. The character in the movie was a total dreamer who partied all night. When she came home in the wee hours in the morning, she'd stop in front of the Tiffany's store and peered through the windows...the jewelry was the breakfast that feed her hunger (her soul).

Not that I know of, but there is a wonderful chocolate bar in Sak's! They serve all sorts of gourmet treats and it's a nice place to stop and rest and people watch. It's on one of the mid level floors.
