I would buy 5 houses on the same street and move all my family close to me. Then donate 1 million to the local Childrens Hospital.

Thats a hard question to answer, first id buy my mum & dad their own house (there's is a council house and the rent keeps rising) then id buy a bigger house for myself, husband and our five children, put enough money in bank accounts for the kids future education, make sure the rest of the family are debt free then give some to a well deserved charity.

Pay off bills, fix up my mom's house, Pay off my dad's house, and my house, and give part to chruch and charity. Invest the rest. Before I do all of that, I would ask the lottery comission to give me a one month headstart before they announce me as the winner, so that I could get all of that done before all of my new long-lost cousins and friends come crawling out of the wood work.

I would first make sure it wasn't a scam. If it's not a scam then I would set my children up with college funds, pay some bills, buy a car then a house, and invest the rest for security.

First I would pray asking God to give me guidance on how best to use the money.

Definitely would give at least 10% or more to my church.
Pay off my mortgage.
Help my family.
Help friends.
Give to charitable causes I support.

These are just a few of my thoughts presently. I hope this helps. Enjoy! :-)

Probably give a lot of the money to my parents to pay them back for all the help they've given me over the years, then move to London, England as that is a dream of mine. =)
