No, because you are loseing alot of nurtirents when your fasting,no carbs, no iron, no source of energy, You will get sick, I would ask you doctor if its ok. But I think he or she might tell you the same thing. It happen to my brother ended up in the hospital.

you can wake up half an hour before sahur (breakfast) and do some gentle exercise. then have a nutritious breakfast, take enough supplements (e.g. vitamins), and drink a lot of water. that should keep you energised throughout the day. between sunrise and sundown, try to save your energy and to not lose too much water (i.e. sweat). when sundown comes, remember to drink lots of water. if you want, you can do more gentle exercise before going to bed. but remember not to kill yourself because for the next month you're operating on a slightly different biological rhythm.
happy fasting!

How long have you been fasting? It is OK to exercise, but very lightly; walking, quiet bike rides, etc. You don't want to do stenuous exercises that requires alot of energy.

I would strongly disagree with any cardio workout - it could be dangerous.
