There are THOUSANDS of websites out there on these two topics, but you should never attempt to diagnose conditions like this through Internet research. I can pretty much promise you all that you will accomplish is to convince yourself that he has these conditions.

He needs to be evaluated by a physician and a psychologist, not a bunch of website.
