Get your eyes tested, it could be eyestrain from working at the computer etc. too much. If you have glasses they may need changing, if you don't, well you may need them.
Wear sunglasses when poss to give your eyes a rest and stay off the computer and TV as much as poss for the next few days.
Try Optrex or similar soothing drops, or plain saline solution.
Close your eyes for a few minutes to let them rest.

Mine does that loads, I've been told it's coz I'm stressed and not the other way round. Maybe there's something in it, I don't know. It might help to have a soothing bath and a good night's kip. Equally, it might be a good idea to go out and have a laugh with your mates. (Careful who you look at though, they might think they're on to a promise.)
Even if it doesn't work hopefully you'll have had a nice time.
Stupid twitchin.

may be an allergy to something? Have you got something new in the house that could be causing problems? If not then try getting eye drops from chemist as it may just be dry eyes and drops will help. Good luck!

By jumping do you mean twitching?
If so then a cold slice of cucumber on each eye and sit back and relax for 15 mins should do the trick.
I actually like it when my eye twitches - it's a cool weird feeling! lol

yeah I had that about 3 weeks ago. It's gone now. Stressed out? Working too hard? Overtired? Don't the Chinese call it "wind in the kidneys" or something?! Anyway just relax. The sooner you do the sooner it will go. ttfn
