The hydrogen in a liter of water will give you the energy of just under half a liter of gasoline (and takes about that much energy to separate, of course). The fuel consumption depends on all the usual things, but it's probably in the range of 15 to 20 liters of water for a typical car.

if you watch this video, he gives the milage of his car, but not at the speed you wish to travel.. ill let you do the math on the milage..
