It is absolutely normal. In order to avoid sleep, you can skip your meals. Anyways, you get sleepy after your meals because your blood flow gets faster towards your stomach and as humans do not have more than a few litres of bllod in their body, the rest of the body doesn't have enough of the blood flow. The cells have less energy and as a result, you feel tired and sleepy. The tiredness is all dependent on your brain, where the blood flow is very slow at the time of digestion.

You could just be eating too much. Don't eat so many carbs, and dont eat until your stuffed like a turkey (even though its tempting). It takes energy for digestion, and eating too many carbs raises your insulin level too much which causes an energy crash later. Balance your meals with fiber, protein, and healthy fats, (peanut butter is a good source and if not you can take a supplement, like fish oil pills) A general rule you can use is to keep the caloric content of your meal under 500 calories, with 40 percent of them coming from protein 30 coming from carbs and 30 coming from fat.

It is normal if you eat lots of carbs (that's why meals on planes are carb-heavy). Try eating less starch (potatoes, bread, pasta, rice etc) and go for protein and vegetables instead. Assuming you don't like the sleepy feeling of course!

You get sleepy and cold after a meal because over 60% of your blood is needed to digest what you've eaten. It all goes towards your stomach.

Yes this is normal. Your body is trying to digest your food, so it takes your resources and it makes you feel sleepy. Try eating less carbs, that seems to help with me.

Yes..especially if you had a hearty meal. Just like a puppy after it gets done eating..it curls up and goes to sleep. Your body is full and happy and by sleeping its regenerating itself. Go ahead...take a nap !!!
