First, why do you want to gain ten pounds? Purely looks, or do you want to gain muscle? If you just want the weight to pile on, eat rice, and a lot of it. No joke here; sumo wrestlers have been doing it for thousands of years. Just eat a buttload of rice until you are full, then eat some more. The moment you start to not feel full, eat again. Rice doesn't break down to easily in your system, so it will stay there for a while as a complex carbohydrate. It's also fast and easy to make, and cheap as hell to buy.

Load tourself up on all sorts of high carb starchy foods such as pasta, beans, potatoes and and bread. eat an incredible type of bread and greasy meals like pasta in sauce and pizza, fried chicken eat junk meals too like ice cream, cookies, chips, chocolate, candy drink soda for breakfast have pancakes or waffles and smoother them in syrup eat out lots too enormously at chain eating places like applebees or chilis the meals there is undesirable for you

tons and tons of cashews! my doc put me on them when i was pregnant & loosing weight.....gained 10 lbs in a week, but you have to eat 6-8 servings per day.
