Eve, Egyptus (Ham's wife), Sarah or Sariah, Rebeccah, Rachel and Leah along with their respective handmaidens (Jacob's wives), Zipporah (Moses wife), Miriam (Moses sister), Ruth and Naomi, Esther, Elizabeth (John's mother and Mary's cousin), Martha, Abigail, Tamar (Judah's daughter-in-law), Dinah (Jacob's only daughter) and many others. Go to a name book and look at the name origins. Anything that says Hebrew could be a Biblical name.
Stay away from Jezebel (wicked queen of King Ahaz tried to kill Elijah)

Abigail, Deborah, Rachel, Rebecca, Sarah are all good and somewhat popular names.
One of my friends named their daughter Jubilee. Perfect name since that girl is always happy and has a lot of energy.
