YES! It depends if you like pork and cabbage, though. If you prefer not to use pork, you can substitute beef or turkey.
This is simple, easy and delicious!!!
1lb of ground pork
bread crumbs
1 egg
3-4 stalks of celery
15-20 baby carrots
1 head of cabbage, chopped
1 32oz. bottle of V8 (I like to use the Spicy kind)
1 large onion
salt, pepper to taste
Mix pork, salt, pepper, egg and bread crumbs by hand.
Divide the mixture into 4 large meatballs.
Sear each meatball on 4 sides before placing in the crock pot.
First put in the carrots....in the bottom of the crock pot, then the celery, onion, meat balls, cabbage and pour the V8 juice overtop.
Set the crock pot to high and cook for 6-8 hours.
That's it. Enjoy!!!

BBQ Beef
A Chuck roast that fits inside your crock pot a bottle of BBQ sauce. Pour a little of the BBQ sauce in the bottom of the crock pot - then place roast in crock pot. Cover roast with BBQ sauce. Can be cooked on medium for longer duration or on high for quicker results. When roast is done remove the roast to platter and shred the meat - should pull apart fairly easy. Take the shredded meat and return to the crockpot with the sauce. Stir.
This makes wonderful shredded BBQ beef for sandwhiches - serve on hamburger buns or nice rolls.

What I have done for years and most people never have heard of it is to make a meatloaf in the crock pot. I just make like usual and form it in the crock, making sure to push it firmly and put potatoes on top then some tomato sauce on top. In 6-8 hours your ready to have a great meal. The best part is it tends to be solid and makes great meatloaf sandwiches. Good luck.

Quick Indonesian soy chicken
Heat up some oil in the crock pot (i prefer corn/canola oil mixed with sesame, ginger, and garlic oil) and stir fry some finely chopped onion, garlic, tomato, and nutmeg until fragrant. Add chicken and continue stirfrying until the outside turns white, then add thick soy sauce (the one that tastes sweet, not salty) and a bit of water to simmer. Serve with rice and sliced cucumber.

Add the beans, corn, tomatoes, green chiles, black olives, green olives, taco seasoning, and ranch dressing mix, and cook in a slow cooker on low for 6 to 8 hours or simmer over low heat for about 1 hour in a pot on the stove. To serve, place a few corn chips in each bowl and ladle soup over them. Top with sour cream, cheese, green onions and jalapenos.
This is soooo good now that the weather is cooling off a bit. I think you will enjoy it!
