I've seen these mints that have 100mg of caffeine in each if you just want a pill, but it is much cheaper to just make coffee. Coffee is better than just taking straight caffeine because it has antioxidants in it. Energy drinks are usually extremely expensive. For example Red Bull is like $2 for 8 oz.

The energy drinks are bad for your heart and your teeth, stay away from them. Id ask a doctor about a high potency vitamen, or ask GNC about a good one to take, and take one with every meal. It wont hurt you.
You may need iron too.
