Is it true that Naval Reservists may now use the suffix "USN" after their name?

yeap. It came from on High that they no longer feel the need to differentiate between Active duty and reserves.. you are all Sailors. Happened in the last year or so, I beleive.

You ask as if that is a new thing we've always been able to use that. Only it is properly used as "USNR"
