i have to see a doctor and i dont know if they will do a piss test and a strep test but will it show up on either of them (the weed was smoked 4 days ago)

it would be an odd doctor to give a urine test for a cold!! strep test is only likely if you have sore throat and doesn't test for drugs, (tests for strep)...my recomendation is STOP SMOKING POT and then you won't have to worry about it or ask stupid questions!!

Don't worry about it! The doctor won't piss test you for a cold, and the strep test will be a stick they rub on the back of your throat and send to a lab. Even if the doc takes blood, the doc has to test specifically for marijuana. Even if he did, there's nothing he can do with the information, since medical records are private. Relax!

Why are you going to the doctor for a cold? There is nothing he or she can do for that. And why would the doctor want a urinalysis unless you are a known pot smoker and he suspects substance abuse? They don't do a urinalysis for a cold...or a throat culture either. But yes, the weed would indeed show up in the urinalysis if they did one. Stop being a pot head!

Ok, first of all, your doctor isn't going to care. All they might do is give you a lecture on the health side effects, much as they would if you smoked cigarettes. Second, are you still stoned?! They're not going to give you a urine test for a sore throat, but they might swab your throat. And no matter what tests they run, they'll be looking for viruses, NOT drugs.

they dont do pee tests for colds.. they'll probably take blood from you as normal procedure.. and then just prescribe u with some kind of meds.
strep throat test is a virus culture test.. they'll take a long stick that looks kind of like a popsicle stick and quickly rub the back of your throat with it.. doesnt determine anything to do with drugs in your system

even if he does test your piss, he cant do anything, as it violates your privacy at the doctor.. Your doctor cant share any test results, etc with anyone with your permission

I don't believe they will do a toxin screen for a cold. Besides the fact that it's not illegal to smoke, just to posess.
