I hate my wedding dress!! Wedding is in 2 weeks!!! I know theres nothing i can do but somebody please make me feel better!!!

That sucks. Is there a way to go buy another? David's Bridal has reasonable prices. Why do you hate the dress that you have right now? What made you fall in love with it in the beginning? I bet you would look beautiful in your dress anyway...and once you are wearing it on your big day, you will feel like a princess.

What's wrong with the dress? I'm sure the dress isn't as bad as you think besides it isn't the dress that is important it is your feelings. Everybody puts so much emphaize on the day that they forget what they day is about. My wedding was huge but we tried to focus on our love, and our family. My maid-of-honor sang because she is my best friend and I love her voice. We also had the congregation say some words and they all loved that. So, think about your feelings instead of the look. Do you know anybody who can add some last minute touches that might help a little bit? To help why don't you go buy something else to wear for the reception if you don't like the dress so you aren't uncomformtable during that part. You will only be wearing during the ceremony this way, or just wear something you already have to the reception. Good luck with your situation!!!

OK calm down. You only hate it because you are fed up looking at it, have seen it so often and gone through so many fittings. You are also looking at yourself in a mirror and mirrors at home never make anyone look good. Your wedding guest will see it as they are meant to - on you. Just remember everyone will think you look absolutely gorgeous. Wedding dresses have a special magic that turn every woman into a goddess on their special day. Anyway your husband to be is marrying you and not the dress. Bet he is concentrating on what you will have on under it. If you still hate the dress buy some gorgeous underwear so you will feel really sexy and not care what the dress looks like as you know you look great underneath.

You must have loved it once or you wouldn't have bought it, would you?
So lets think of this logically, It sounds like you have the pre wedding jitters, where you will find that everything and anything concerned with the wedding will not look, feel, be right (including your hubby to be!!!!) trust me. My mom showed me her outfit and i was outraged that she was going to wear a trouser suit, in a colour that clashed with my dress (or so i thought - it didn't) When i got my dress home and looked at it i could have picked a thousand fault, yet when i tried it on in the dressmakers it looked lovely and there was nothing better i could have had. On the day, everyone said that i looked stunning.
Also, you have to remember if you really really really hate it, you are not going to look at it - as long as it feels comfortable and you can sit, drink and dance in it, it will be brill, pluse you will not have to look at the photo's.
I am sure it is lovely and you will look a million dollars - enjoy every minute of the day as it will go so quick. Good luck :)

You have a couple of choices: you can hire a dress and then sell your other dress afterwards
OR you can get the dress you have altered so that you feel better about it (there is still time)
OR you can compensate by wearing a beautiful necklace, having a hairstyle that you love and flowers you love - you are just getting nervous, you will look beautiful in it.
I am getting married in 4 weeks and only just had the first fitting yesterday for my dress. Luckily I love it so far but I can imagine the panic if I didn't so I feel for you. Good luck whatever you decide and have a magical day!

Truly speaking,whoever made the choice of your wedding dress didn't do it to annoy you but did so to see how mature and serious you are about this wedding.
Remember, the occassion is supposed to be the happiest day of your life; but look at you, brooding over a dress.The matrimonial ceremony surpasses any material gains hence be happy for you will wear a variety of dresses of your choice instead of being mopey about a dress you will only wear for a few hours. Realistically, many would love to trade places with you because they may have tried to woo their spouses towards such an occassion but without success.
Your greatest gift is to be with the man of your choice, one whom you love dearly and one who will love you in whatever attire.Disregard all the hubbub which may arise among the guests instead wait until the wedding photos come out and you will notice how beautiful the whole session came out to be.
Gear up for the day and stop worrying as you will discard the dress and live to cherish the most wonderful day of your life.Good luck!

I have yet to see a wedding dress that makes the bride look bad. Never happen.
Regardless of how you feel about that dress think of what you are doing. You are going to marry the man you love. And he will love you in almost anything you could wear.
Don't spoil this great moment in your life worrying about a dress you may never ever wear again. It is far from the most important thing.

Jenna, Just remember it's your wedding the most beautiful day of your life, the day you will unite as 1 with your partner. Yes your dress is important, but your gonna be beautiful no matter what, why? cuz your gonna be happy and excited to see all the people you care about with you to celebrate on that special day. As long as your happy and you show it, you could be wearing a potato sack for all that matter but your smile and glam will make that sack look gorgeous. Feel the moment, the happiness and the excitement, don't worry about the material too much, enjoy YOUR day, I'm sure you'll look stunning! Congrats!

Why do you hate it?
You could try adding or taking things away from the dress to make it feel better with you. If you have the money you could try ebay for a cheap second dress.
On your wedding day i'm sure you will look great even if you wear jeans.

You are going to be beautiful, no matter what! If you really don't like it, change it! Add some lace, sequins, buttons, something to make it more of what you want. I have a feeling it is just pre-wedding jitters! It is the single most important day of your life, and you want to be confident when walking down the aisle! Put your dress on one more time and take another look! I am sure there is something about it you love! Good luck and breathe deeply!
