I have minced beef, and a few other ingredients such as potatoes, carrots, garlic, rice, pasta, etc etc, what can I have?

try spaghetti bolagnaise, i would add your garlic into the dish and maybe chop the carrots into small pieces and place them in the dish too, they bring out more flavour, i know because i have tried adding different herbs and vegatables to spaghetti bolagnaise. If you don't have tomato puree or sauce, try a shepherds pie (if you have gravy)

Fry mince, onion and carrot, add stock cube, pepper and salt. Pan of mashed potatoes - there you have it - mince and tatties - yum

you could have spaghetti bolognaise - easy and gorgeous - with garlic, onion and mushroom if you like, or you could make chili and have that with rice - also easy and v tasty.
why don't you nip to the shop and get some garlic bread too? Go on...treat yourself!!
