The tallest I have ever seen in person (within 5 feet) is Yao Ming. He is a monster tall guy at 7'6"!

A norwegian doctor when i was doing some work at a hospital there, he was easily 7 feet tall and i'm not exagerating, i'm used to tall people as my brother is 6'4" and my dad 6'1". This doctor was so tall that i was getting cramps in my neck talking to him lol

John Runyan of the Philadelphia Eagles. I don't know his exact height but he made my 6'4" husband look like a midget. I think I came up to his patella.
