I'm twelve, here are some things I have to attempt to start my day right:
Yogurt
Banana- very light on your stomach, yet it fills you up enough
Healthy cereal
Orange juice
Milk
HEALTHY waffles (they had special K waffles that's very low on calories, they're also delicious)
Yeah.
Like, this morning I had orange juice, yogurt, and a banana.
Day before, I had a waffle, orange juice, and a yogurt.
They're all very quick. In fact, I had to eat the yogurt and banana in two minutes this morning due to the fact that I needed to leave in four minutes for the bus!

Yogurt smoothie - you can find exact proportions on foodnetwork.com or something like that. But get some yogurt, some fruit (frozen is ok!), some milk, and a blender.
Or parfait/sundae - yogurt, cereal (granola, Kashi, grape nuts, etc.) and cut fruit layered to look like a dessert.
Otherwise, cereal or those Quaker Breakfast Cookies work in a pinch.

Cheerios or any other whole grain low sugar cereal is a great breakfast. You can also cut up some fruit and put it in there.
There are waffle brands in health food stores that are whole grain too.

i always give my kindergarden daughter oatmeal. quaker oatmeal has lots of flavors, no need to add sugar, and it's very heart healthy. i also make her lunch for school everyday which consist of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on whole wheat, a gatorade, and a box of raisins. this helps her throughout the day for more energy.(not that a kindergartener needs it) lol. enjoy being healthy!!!!
ignore the ignorant person who made it a point to be your first answer.

Try giving them cereal w/ milk & any fruit; carnation instant breakfast comes in various flavors (its a powdered mix- you mix w/ milk), english muffins w/ jelly and orange juice (try the mini cartons, they are easy when you are on the go), and last but no least, the infamous PBJ sandwhich

I have been giving my daughter oatmeal or any other high fiber food I can find. Fiber helps you feel full, it helps keep blood sugar even, and it sticks with you until the next meal. That way I'm not worried about her eating something high in sugar and carbs and getting hungry before lunch.

get whole wheat pancake mix (the instant kind) and serve it with sugar free cool whip and fruit on top, or if you mean like REAL quick than I would suggest Banana Nut crunch cereal bars (sooo good!!) and fruit and yogurt, all can be taken/eaten on the go or while getting ready for work/school.

cold cereal or flavored oatmeal would be perfect. Well, cereal without a lot of sugar, such as Cheerios (not Honey-Nut), Life, Chex, Kix, things like that!
