Its almost impossible to rate someones IQ past 200 but there are
a few out there today who are generally accepted to be the
smartest in the world. Ed Witten an expert in "String Theory"
is though to be the Smartest alive.
Marilyn vos Savant is the smartest woman alive with an estimated IQ of 228.

steven hawking. I haven't really been able to find his exact I.Q. however I've seen anywere from 180 - in the 200 range!
