Nicole wasn't having an affair! She was being walked home! And how can she be having an affair when she was in the middle of a divorce?
No they can't reopen the criminal case as that would be double jeapordy! He was found guilty of the murder in Civil court!
He would murder a young blond, of whom he was seperated from, if he was a jealous person, and OJ is a jealous and violent person!
Why would it be reopened with new suspects? OJ killed Nicole, and his DNA proved it!

It is not a shame that there is no double jeopardy. That is a needed law to stop courts from retrying the same person until the get a jury willing ti convict. Do I believe that OJ is guilty? Oh yeah!, but a bad DA does not give them a 2nd chance. The police could have been tidier in collecting evidence too! I really believe his son is guilty & he protected him. It is a shame that Nichole's family have received no money from Civil Court while he has played all over the world. It looks like courts are finally saying pay up or go to jail!

1. What happened to Johnny Cochran? 2. What became of the prosecutor? 3. Did OJ ever find the real murder suspect? 4. Did OJ get custody of his children? 5. Did OJ ever pay the money awarded against him to his former in laws? 6. What is OJ doing now?

Just google OJ's name and you will find all your answers. Ron Goldman was the guy with Nicole and no he wasn't married. He was like 22. Either OJ did it or his son did it and OJ took the fall for him. His son hated Nicole. The prosecuting team, in my opinion is what lost this case. They were horribly unprepared, and did a pathetic job. Marsha Clark did more to convince the jury OJ was more innocent then guilty. Should they re-open it? Oh hell no, that would just be a waste of my tax paying dollars. Karma will take care of OJ.

While I believe that all the evidence pointed to OJ as the murderer, he was none the less acquitted by a jury of his peers. Even if OJ stepped up and said he did it, he could not be retried due to double jeopardy. The case by definition is not closed, even if no one is investigating, this is because to date no one has been convicted.

Unfortunately in the USA you cannot be retried for the same crime once you've been tried. Yes they questioned all those people you mentioned. The police department unfortunately made alot of mistakes while investigating and I think it's awful that OJ is still walking around. playing golf and enjoying freedom after what he did to Nicole and Ron. I still can't believe he got off.

Yes, a person other than O.J. Simpson could still be tried for the murders. Double jeopardy doesn't apply to anybody other than O.J.
But O.J. was guilty. Or do you think the DNA fairy sprinkled Nicole's blood in his car?

The "OJ affair" did more to open the eyes of this nation than any other single incident in my lifetime. No he cannot be retried (double jeopardy law) and the real disgrace is that no justice was done for the entirely innocent Ronald Goldman and his family. Put yourself in their position if you dare, we owe them more than we can ever pay them. Rest in peace Mr Goldman, we won't forget.

O. J. Simpson is a sociopath. He knows the difference between "right" and "wrong"...but in his mind, those concepts are of no importance. The only thing that matters to O.J. is...O.J..
He's a murderer. There's no one else who deserves the blame.
Nicole didn't court death, Ron Goldman didn't provoke an attack that night, no son or ex-wife or friend or shaggy haired stranger butchered those two souls. O.J. Simpson butchered them.
I'm sorry you haven't been able to get beyond your childhood naivety. Murder is an appalling act, murdering someone with whom you lived and loved and created children is an obscenity of violence, and no one wants to believe that "heroes" are capable of such evil.
But no matter how deeply we want to change Truth...it remains.

Double jeaopardy applies there. But, the murders are anything but a mystery. OJ did it, as the DNA shows. He may have gotten away with it, but he'll have to answer to a higher judge eventually.
