Well, this is just my personal take on it. I just want to be clear that I'm not trying to take one side over the other in my answer, but I'm just trying to respond as to why muslims would consider the houlocast a "fake."
I believe it may have originated because Muslims felt that the Jewish people in Israel were getting unfair treatment. The nations of the West helped Israel to be created as a place for victims of the Houlocast to go after WWII. But, of course, there were people already living there that were displaced in that establishment--and those people were predominantly Muslim. The Muslim world, not being very much involved in WWII, came to learn of the Houlocast only as a reason for their own people's displacement in Palestine. So, to deny the Houlocast, they are making the case for the Palestinian's right to live there.


That having been said, I think that there is a danger in denying whatever evil has happened in the past. I believe such denial may lead to history repeating itself. Let's hope that never happens again to the Jewish people. Surely, a genocide is happening now in Sudan--but even this I think has not yet gone so far as to death camps and human experimentation. I pray that such arocities may never be repeated!

Russians certainly don't have any great love for Jews, they chased them out of their country all the time. Yet they, too, saw these camps.
