He's not being rude - he's finally gotten the message that you aren't ready to be his girlfriend.
I have a piece of advise for you on the subject:
NEVER GET YOUR HONEY WHERE YOU MAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!
Be wise, and find a boyfriend away from your workplace. God bless!

You need to make up your mind - do you want his attentions or not? Do you like him or not? You know he's interested, but you haven't given him a clear answer one way or the other. To keep him hanging on is, ultimately, far ruder than forgetting your birthday (assuming that he even knows it is your birthday). Make up your mind and give him a definitive answer ASAP.
My advice: never date a co-worker. It's bad business and puts a huge strain on the relationship. Eventually you'll have to make a choice between your work and your heart, and that's not a pretty place to be.

This happened with my niece. She finally gave in and started dating him. It has been one thing after another. Now she is looking for a new job, so she won't have to work with him anymore. He also was not so attentive anymore once she gave in. There is no excuse for not calling on your birthday. That alone would be it for me.
People can tell you, and tell you, it is not a good idea to date people you work with. Yet people still do.

maybe he just wants to hump ya. The attentions he has lavished upon you are all structured to get you into the sack. If he has to think about remembering your birthday then he would have to become your boyfriend and the second he does that humping is forbidden. At least that's what my girlfriend tells me.

You're very self-centred. This poor man is running around trying to make you feel special and to make you like him, and you're huffed because he didn't call you on your birthday. Did it never cross your mind that this might have been consideration on his part...he might have left you alone on your birthday in case you were with your family.
Grow up and stop messing him around. If you like him, tell him, if you don't let him down gently but for god sake, stop basking in his attention because you are being selfish and unfair if you have no intentions on getting with him

So you don't like him, but you get in a huff when he stops running in circles around you?
Get off your ego trip!!!!!!!!!
Poor guy. Maybe he's found someone who is interested in him to spend some time and attention on. Good for him.

Birthdays are no big deal. Sometimes people just don't pay attention to them.
I don't really get it anyway. If you don't want this guy to be your boyfriend, why do you care if he calls?

Make up your mind do you want him or not. You don't get to pick & choose when he pays attention to you. Maybe he got fed up with the indecision.
Are you sure he knows your b'day?

Guys will say anything to get you. If you are not interested in him, don't let him sweet talk you. If he forgot your birthday, I would take that as a sign of his true feelings.

You shouldn't consider it at all. You don't want him courting you so he's not. That's why he didn't call you. Maybe he has finally accepted that you are not interested.
