i finished my diet but i still have a problem on the area of my upper part of my hips and some fat on my back legs and my wiest...i need to know how to shrink my skin and shape it?

You should massage the area which you want to shape everyday for 5 minutes using aromatherapy. I use walnut.
Also, eat lots of raw veggies and exercise both the lower body and the stomach area, crunches/sit ups and push ups are usually the best to do.
You could try a gym as well, they will help enormously with your problem.
