I tried tissue texturizing my wall and I don't like it?

How do I fix it? Its too clumpy.

try wetting it with a spay bottle and scrape it off or you can sand it

Well, you either have to scrape it off or skim coat over it with dry wall mud.

Can you sand it down and repaint?
