this really cute guy, good friendof mine tried to ask me out but got nervous at the end and failed and i'm tired or giving him the signals that i wanna go out with him, so here's the plan
i'll call him my house and when he come throw him on the bed and ask him "am i not attractive" then y r u not asking me out? . . . i don't think it's a good plan . . .. help please (don't tell to ask him out)

It's not a good plan, because it's confrontational. I mean, think about it. If he asks you out after that, how will you know that it's because he really wanted to, and not because you scared/bullied him into it?
And what's with this "don't tell to ask him out"? Why the hell not? If you want this guy so much, then make the move on him! Or hell, don't, see if I care - sit back and watch him get snapped up by some other girl who actually had an ounce of courage and self-respect.

Yeah, not a good plan unless you're just begging for some action lol. Why not go out on a limb here, ask HIM out. People act like it's always supposed to be the guys doing all the introduction to relationships..............well in my own opinion here......I think it makes the relationship that much more great......and he'll probably think much more highly of you if YOU came forward......obviously he's having trouble if he's shy/nervous.

you need to just like ask him if he wants to go and get luch somewhere, and then talk to him about it.... just make sure that it is a place that you have both been before, and that you both like, so that there are no surprizes, and then you are sure that he is at least semi comfortable.
then just ask him. do you like me??? as more than a friend??? and then ask him out! go to the movies or something, then on like the 2nd date, you can ask him why he had such a hard time asking you!
dont intimidate him or youll loose him! he sound shy already!!!!

It is definitely a bad idea. Tell him something like it has been a while since you been to the movies or something like that. He is your friend so you know what he likes. Make statements ' you know i always wanted to go here or do this or that. I personally would ask him out. If he ever made fun of it i would tell him that he wanted to ask me out first but he was too chicken to do it.
All you have to do is find somewhere to go and ask him if he wants to go with you. You do not have to emphasize whether or not it is a date.

Consensus is to ask him out. You don't seem to want to. You might try a letter, note, or card of encouragement. Tell him you think he is interested. Tell him You are interested, but can't seem to get his attention. Tell him to please ask, because you believe that you two can have fun together, but you are uncomfortable asking him out. This will help him overcome his fear of failure, and fear that he will look like a jerk. Just a suggestion. If you can't establish communication verbally, maybe the written word is easier for him. You sound sweet. I hope it works out.

Why not just ask him out? Make sure you want to go out with someone that is nervous asking you out, which means he probably will be nervous the first couple of times you go out.

I think its a great plan.
Throwing him on the bed should get a reaction!
If he doesn't respond to that he's not someone you want to waste your time on.
