Everyone gains weight differently. I got a stomach flu at about 16 weeks, so I actually lost back down to my prepreg weight, but I gained a total of 22lbs my entire pregnancy, and lost it when I had him, BUT I had him at 33w. I might have gained anothing 10 or 15 in that last 7 weeks lol.
Normally they want you to shoot for 25 to 35lbs if you're a normal weigh, 15 to 25lbs if you're over weight and up to 50lbs if you're underweight.

Every woman gains differently. Before I got pregnant I weighed 120, now I am 36 weeks and weigh 168. Kinda scary but alot of it is water weight. You will loose that, another 6-8 pounds is your baby and another 5 pounds is the placenta. As long as you stay active during your pregnancy and dont let it be an excuse to be lazy you will be okay. My best advice is to walk as much as you can. It will help keep your weight balanced and also make your delivery a little easier. Another thing to look at is , Is this your first pregnancy? If so then most likey you will go back to your normal size afterwards. Good Luck!!

i weighed 117 before i had my first, and two years after my second im still weighing 123. And i got fat during pregnancy.. Im quite happy and i tell all pregnant women dont worry about it, enjoy the time you have with this thing inside you, eat all of what you want, but that doesnt mean mc donalds 24/7, eat healthy and splurge on the ice cream or whatever once a day. Just take quick walks everyday for at least 30 minutes to keep your metabolism up, and or do aerobics, not strenuous of course. But enjoy the time you have an excuse to gain weight, As long as you are willing to take the time after the babys to work it off then hell who cares!!

Your body is not really for you at this point you are trying to feed your kid. As long as your doctor says that everything is okay, you will be fine. Enjoy the ride and attention but if will be over and hopely back to normal in 24 weeks. Congrats on the baby.

Everyone is going to gain weight differently. Your doctor will let you know if there is something to worry about. I gained 24lbs, but had trouble gaining weight in the beginning. I just learned in my Anatomy and Physiology class that 28lbs is normal.

10-15 pounds is acceptable for 4 months. usually 25 is the overal weight gain they want you to put on.
Your doctor will tell you if you're putting too much on too quick.
