You should try not to sleep too much, or your body will become dependent on it. As you get older you lose melatonin and you usually don't feel like, or are able to sleep as long. When I was younger I could go into super deep sleep, not so much anymore. I thionk the most I ever did was about 16 hours.

Depending where you are in the world, and what time of year, you might not be able to sleep at night for a 6 month stretch. but at the same time, the same places in the world, at different times of the year, it is night time for almost 6 months. so lets say I COULD sleep for a few weeks worth, in one night. ;)

After 10 hours, I have to get up. (assuming that I do not have the urge to pee)

I'm not a sleepy head.
