First of all let's get a couple of things straight...
Christians do NOT worship the Cross...
Muslims do NOT worship the stone pillars that represent the devil.
Let's look at this tradition in Islam.
The throw: (the Rummy) is where Pilgrims walk to Mina and throw 49 pea sized pebbles at 3 stone pillars which represent the devil. This is based upon a (mythical) event in the life of Abraham. Muslims today say that Abraham was told by God to sacrifice Ishmael. Interestingly, this modern concept actually contradicts the opinion of many early Muslims who said it was Isaac, agreeing with all world history and the Bible. On the way, to make the sacrifice, the devil tried to convince Abraham not to sacrifice Ishmael. Abraham gathered up some stones and threw them at the devil until he disappeared. 2600 years later, pilgrims started throwing pebbles, at the stone pillars in Mina which represent evil and the devil, reenacting the way Abraham threw stones at the Devil.
There are traditions in the Jewish faith as well as the Christian faith. Some of those...
The Jewish Passover: Ritual reenactment of the tenth plague of Moses in Egypt when the death angel was going to kill the firstborn in every house. The Jews were told to put blood on their door posts and when the death Angel came near, He would see the blood and "Passover" that house and spare the firstborn from death.
As per Moses instructions in Ex 12, every year, on Nisan 14, the Jews would kill the Passover lamb. The Jewish high priest, would also take some blood from the Passover lamb into the Most holy place and sprinkle the blood on the Ark of the Covenant, atoning for the sins of the entire Jewish nation.
The Passover is therefore one of the central themes of Judaism.
Muslims, however, say the original Passover story with the death angel in Egypt, is Jewish myth and not real history.
Christian traditions.
Baptism: Rom 6:3-4 says Or do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus have been baptized into His death? Therefore we have been buried with Him through baptism into death, so that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life."
Communion: Acts 20:7 indicates that Christians partook of the Lord’s supper every first day of the week.
"On the first day of the week, when we were gathered together to break bread, Paul began talking to them, intending to leave the next day, and he prolonged his message until midnight."
The meaning is stated in 1 Cor 11:26, "For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until He comes."
So both water baptism and the Lord’s supper are traditions based upon the death of Christ.
The death of Christ is therefore the central focus of upon which Christianity is founded.
Muslims, however, deny that Jesus died on the cross, calling it myth and not real history.
Instead of being insulted, Christians spend their energies praying.
We have looked at 4 reenactment traditions in three religions:
Islam: the run is based upon Abraham
Judaism: the Passover lamb are based upon the tenth plague in Egypt.
Christianity: Water baptism and the Lord’s supper are based upon the death of Christ.
Now here is the amazing thing. Islam rejects the key traditions of both Judaism and Christianity. Muslims say that the Jewish Passover and the death of Christ are myths that never really happened. "And yet they still accept the Torah and the Bible as the Word of God. They will state that the torah and Bible are full of errors due to translation errors over time."
This contradicts a huge cloud of witness of history, that includes the fact, that these traditions have been practiced continually for some 3500 years.
The foundation pillar of Judaism is the Passover and the foundation pillar of Christianity is the death of Christ. Islam removes these two foundation pillars by calling them myths, even though they are strongly supported by history.
On the other hand one of the foundation pillars of the Islamic pilgrimage, "the Throw" is completely unsupported by history and are based solely upon the testimony of the Koran in 600 AD. With the earliest known original manuscript of the Koran is from at least 100 years after the death of Mohammed.
The yearly Passover ritual began the same year they put the blood on the door and continued for 1500 years. The weekly Lord’s supper ritual began the same week that Christ was crucified and has continued ever since for 2000 years. The Islamic rituals just come out of nowhere, 2600 years after Abraham lived.
Now I ask you. Which is more likely to be the truth? The Bible which teaches the Passover and the death of Christ, or the Koran which teaches "the throw"?
Because traditions must be based upon a known historical fact, the Bible wins again in the court of truth, as being more likely and more reasonable.
"Jesus said, "So Jesus was saying to those Jews who had believed Him, "If you continue in My word, then you are truly disciples of Mine; and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free." "(John 8:31-32)

No. If you had actually read the book upon which the Muslim faith is based, you would know that the Prophet respected Christians and Jews. He called them, "People of the book."
It is unfortunate, that extremists have co-opted the Muslim faith and interpreted their book in a way that fosters hatred. The same can be said for evangelical, fundamentalist Christians.

The stone represents something holy, I respectfully assume. I find that difficult as they (the Muslims) accept that Jesus died on the Cross, yes refuse to accept that Christians use the Cross as a representation only - not as a God.

No, actually no longer. because of the fact peace is a want, a mandatory human want. we will not stay with out it. seem at what's finished for it . faith will bypass however the will interior will constantly be there as long as there is human residing in the worldwide. Peace isn't in user-friendly terms the absence of conflict peace is a lot greater suitable than that. Peace is a needed requirement to exist. there is not any way human beings will sacrifice it no count the greatness of the ideology , that's in simple terms too substantial in our on a daily basis lives to have the means to stay in peace for each guy or woman. it is not appropriate who you're , as long as you're human you have that want interior you and a approach or the different which could have the final be conscious. some could now be attracted or maybe inquisitive approximately means of conflict in spite of if that's in user-friendly terms that, a passing allure for some adrenaline junkies in spite of if that's no longer a reel want. conflict on no account grew to become into made for human beings. we are no longer made for that. we as human beings have lots greater affinities with excitement and peace in our lives. the subject is that human beings have placed recommendations above human existence. yet i'm persuade that they are going to grow to be greater pragmatics in time because of the fact conflict and violence, it may look exciting from up far watched on television or in a pastime yet you will not have it on your back backyard for you or your loved ones to bear. you would be reel uninterested in it reel quickly.

I never understood that. Don't ALL religions have "Be nice-ish to each other" as their basis? Why doesn't a SINGLE religion practice it's own beliefs. They ALL hate everyone who doesn't agree with them. (Except maybe the Krishna's, but they're only messing around anyway).

you know they do have the best writers though. Who else could write a declaration of war more elegantly than muslims? All the cross loving, neck cutting, liqueur stealing, convert or death stuff really takes some imagination.
muslims brains have to hurt from trying to justify all their glorious stuff...we are peaceful..quick shoot the nun..we are peaceful..quick cut off the head of the pope...we are peaceful..quick kill all American..
yeah..you know.
