Take anger management classes, see a doctor (you may have ADD or something), talk to a psychiatrist, meditate daily, and learn to express yourself better. I don't know from your answer whether you are simply losing your temper, are having some sort of discomfort that is causing you added stress, are having personal problems that is increasing your stress, are just pent up and ready to explode, or you have simply learned bad ways of expressing yourself and are in this rut because of it, so I listed all the possible ways to fix it I could think of in a moment. Hope you get a handle on your problem soon! Good luck!

Sounds like someone needs to RELAX! You also might want to consider talking to a counselor, I know a lot of people are against it but, in a work environment, it really helps. Your insurance should provide it free and its completely confidential. It sounds like you have way too much stress and as a result you just blow up at any little thing. Maybe some medication even could make things better. Also, treating people the way you want to be treated is a great thing to remember!! Just think, you where once in their shoes, how did you feel?

You seem miserably unhappy to me. You need to find a job that allows you to use your skills without demeaning your co-workers. If you are going to stay in this job you need to find a way to control your lack of control.

You might need to find a hobby that allows you to control all this angst...like kick boxing or martial arts. Channel all this negative energy into something that can withstand the pain. Then learn to control your actions by teaching yourself patience. I have a feeling you have no patience for yourself and you have expectations that are too high. You need to have realistic expectations for yourself as well as others.

Good luck!

Hi there !

Your age is not clear from the question..
I presume..you are in the thirtees or fourtees. ??
I think, your symptoms call for an immediate "Master Health Check up" which is available in all leading hospitals nowadays.
This is the age group in which majority of the illnesses start appearing ...and let me frankly tell you...
Majority of the hypertensives are irritable and impatient...at home or at work place...
Sometimes, our deficiency in other ways like lack of job security, severe migraine, or lack of concentration due to various reasons, problems at home etc etc.. gets reflected in these ways..
Better you start working on these...start with a MHC in a GOOD hospital and GOOD physician...and

Devote sometime, maybe one hour in the morning or evening, for relaxation in the form of music, sometime with family members, or walking etc...
after all....
in 30s/40s...we need friends more than anytime else... and believe me ...
NO problems are without solutions...

Best of luck...

I'd get screened for ADD or depression. Sounds like you could have either one. Lack of patience shows up heavily as a symptom of ADD.

take it easy. when you're in a diffiicult situation, try not to open your mouth to talk. take a few seconds or minutes to edit yourself. no matter how tough things may seem, smile.
