When you truly accept Jesus as Lord and Savior you won't fear death. Then you can enjoy the life you live day by day.

Fear of not getting what we want, when we want it. I think that is the fear that pops up more than any other. The fear of not trying to live, is in essence not accepting life as it is laid out. Not accepting life on lifes terms. Life is a journey not a destination. So I think people who accept that they are exactly where they are supposed to be, are living in the journey. Changing what they can as the path changes and living in courage not fear.
When we are at the end of our path, if we have lived in acceptance of death as a part of life, then when we are ready and have grown to it. It will be a good day to die.
Im not ready for that but I hope to be.

The fear of dying created religions. The fear of not trying to live is usually a deathbed lament.

For me it has been the fear of dying. But I have heard a music sample in which someone is saying: "Sometimes I feel I'm scared to live."
