Mine came with 2 videos - did you get yours used or what? I'd try internet. Maybe Ebay - someone might have one for sale? Otherwise, my video said you start with a 3 minute (approx) warmup, resting your hands on the cross bar, not the exercise thingies, then whatever time you're going to do the actual exercise with your hands on the things (sorry, I lost the actual word I wanted) and then a 3 minute cooldown again hands on the crossbar and slowing down. The video also recommended 15 minutes as your first exercise time and working up from that. Have fun - it's a great exercise!

You could write to the company that makes it - send an email, and ask them if they can send one to you either through mail or email.
