get up and force yourself to go on a quick 5-10 minute walk around the block first thing in the morning. Or force yourself to do 100 jumping jacks and some situps. Then stretch after your mini-workout. you may have to force yourself to do it at first, but you will see that it is an instant wake up to get your blood pumping through you and your heart rate up so your body isn't sluggish

Actually in every one's body their is a ntural clock. Its time is set through ur mind. The thing that u can ahve 2 sleepless nights shows ur determination. And u have to use it only. Before going to sleep decide that u will wake at a predetermined time, and believe the body clock will give u an allarm which u can hear from ur inside but now the detremination plays the role, at that time u only have to lift urself up, and think some good things and believe me it works.
or another thing u can do is that before sleeping give the number of punches equal to the time at which u want to wake up in the morning to your pillow & it will work.
if it doesnt i will tell u few other ways also

It is very important to go to bed at the same time each night and wake at the same time every morning. Also try stretching before you get out of the bed.....if you notice animals always stretch before getting. Hope this helps

My suggestion is to go see your doctor and explain how you feel. There are lots of medications available to help you fall asleep.Sometimes depression is the problem and anti-depressants will make you feel tired in the morning.Best of luck and do try to get at least 7 hrs.of sleep a night if you can. Also drink lots of water and sleep in a low light or dark room.
