This should be no more disturbing than getting a heart transplant. The outcome, of course, is quite another issue.

Yarrrr very disturbing indeed. The poor chap had his dingy destroyed then replaced. But ole wifey didn't like the new 4 inch wonder muscle and had im get rid of it all together. Poor , poor man. But I be thinkin the funniest part twer the name of the clinic what did the job; Rambam clinic. LOL
